After making an appointment with our staff,
please take a moment to inquire what information
should be brought with you to that initial
consultation, in view of the particular matter
being addressed. Organizing pertinent papers and
documents ahead of time will increase the
productivity of your meeting.
Estate planning clients will want to download
and print the
Confidential Estate Planning Questionnaire.
Filing out this form completely and bring all of
your supporting documentation (documents
to be furnished by the client)
to the first meeting will allow our attorneys to
draft your estate planning documents in a timely
manner. Of course, all items will be returned to
you and are kept strictly confidential by the
offices of the Law Offices of Sydney C. Kirkland, whether we
represent you or not.
